Seeking Facility Management Members to nurture Nakano's unique culture. This role involves contributing to regional culture and arts promotion and revitalization from the establishment phase of Nakano Ward Cultural Facilities (3 facilities including Nakano ZERO) starting April 2026. Your role will be determined based on your aptitude and aspirations, from facility management foundations to cultural promotion projects.
Primarily in-office (facility work) / Partial remote work possible. Flextime system with core time 10:00-15:00. Work locations include Nakano Ward Cultural Facilities.
Salary determined based on experience, skills, and role. Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours per month. Salary increases twice a year. Full-time employee. 3-month trial period. Benefits include social insurance, commuting allowance, various leave systems, and communication expense subsidy.
