PIAZZA is seeking an App Engineer to lead product growth for their next-generation city development company. You will be involved in developing new features, improving user experience, and architectural design for their proprietary SNS app, Piazza.
Must-haves
- Native app development experience in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
- Experience in mobile app design, implementation, or operation
- Team development experience using Git
- Ability to understand existing code and make improvements/add features
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience in both iOS and Android
- Experience in architecture design (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
- App performance improvement experience
- Experience in resolving technical debt and refactoring
- CI/CD construction and operation experience
- App development experience involving API integration
- Experience participating in technology selection
- Code review experience
Work style
Primarily office-based with partial remote work possible. Location: Tokyo. Flextime system (Core time: 10:00-15:00).
Other notes
Salary determined based on experience, skills, and role. Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month. Salary increases twice a year.
