Seeking engineers to develop and maintain in-house business tools. This new position is within the Development Group of the Information Systems Department, separate from the infrastructure team, allowing for focused development work.
Must-haves
- Experience in designing, implementing, releasing, and maintaining internal business support web applications.
- Experience in adding features and improving architecture for existing groupware on a LAMP environment.
- Experience in systemizing internal application and data processing flows, from requirements definition to implementation.
- Must be able to proactively identify issues and select solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Active use of AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Experience in developing unique tools for HR/labor domains, including unique labor flows and recruitment management.
- Experience in developing a man-hour management system for company-wide productivity visualization.
