Seeking a Development Organization Lead (Head of Department Candidate) to manage and drive the strategic development of the AI commerce platform "ecforce". This role oversees multiple units including quality assurance, development, growth, and enterprise solutions, making key decisions across business, organization, and technology.
Must-haves
- Management experience in a software development organization (10+ people or dozens of people supervised)
- Experience managing multiple products and multiple teams
- Experience designing and executing development structures from both business and technical strategy perspectives (short to long term)
- Experience negotiating and collaborating with management and other departments (Sales, Marketing, PdM, CX, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing and operating SaaS products, including EC and payment domains
- Experience building and managing quality assurance/QA processes
- Experience managing enterprise integration and custom development (SI domain)
- Experience managing development organizations during pre-IPO to listed phases
- Experience as an executive (Executive Officer, CTO, VPoE, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with HR on recruitment strategy, interview design, and media operations
- Experience developing and operating with Ruby on Rails
- Experience leading full-stack architecture design and technology selection
- Experience using AI-driven development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in daily work
