Must-haves
- Experience leading teams or projects with a desire for future team management.
- Experience designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
- Experience promoting common infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and templates for development teams.
- Development experience in TypeScript or Python.
- Experience in efficiency improvement of development and operations using AI tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Strategic planning experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Developer Experience.
- Experience promoting self-service for development environments across organizations.
- Experience designing and operating GitHub Actions infrastructure on Kubernetes.
