- Ability to discuss with engineers on equal footing, based on a deep understanding of systems and technology.
- Decision-making skills to analyze data and derive optimal solutions based on cost-effectiveness.

- Deep expertise in payment infrastructure, logistics operations, and related laws.
- Development experience as a software engineer (frontend, backend).
- Incident response experience, leading recovery efforts during large-scale system failures.
- Experience launching new businesses and negotiating with government agencies and major partners.

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (1-chome, Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo YOTSUYA TOWER). Working hours 10:00-19:00 with 1 hour break. Average 20 hours/month overtime.

Annual salary: ¥10,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Includes health checkups, casual dress code, food delivery subsidy, tech buddy system (book purchase, PC/smartphone purchase, challenge support, engineering support), commuting and housing allowances, and standard Japanese social insurances.
