Doctors is seeking a Development PM to lead medical DX product development. This role involves hands-on development, managing projects from requirements definition to quality assurance, and collaborating with partners and clients.
Must-haves
- 6+ years of system development experience as an SE at SIers (large or medium)
- Experience in the upstream phases (requirements definition, basic design, detailed design) of Waterfall development
- Experience creating and managing documents such as requirements definition documents, screen design documents, and WBS
- Experience negotiating and communicating with partner companies and clients
- Possession of an Information Technology Engineers Examination qualification (IT Strategist, System Architect, PMP, IT Service Manager, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in system development in the medical/healthcare domain
- Experience as a PM or manager with an engineering background
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Development experience in a startup/venture environment

Annual salary: 7,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY. Remote work is negotiable.
