We are seeking a server-side engineer to support the point infrastructure, including the recently acquired "dot money" service. You will be involved in integrating this service into our existing systems, redesigning the point exchange mechanism, and ensuring stable operation of a platform handling approximately 35 million accounts and 18 billion JPY in annual transactions.
Must-haves
- Experience in server-side development
- Experience in system integration and data model redesign
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating large-scale transaction systems (approx. 18 billion JPY/year, 35 million accounts)
- Experience in building stable operation systems, including security enhancement
- Experience in improving exchange processing latency and speeding up fault isolation
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with legacy system migration and architecture redesign
- Experience working with external security specialists (e.g., GMO Cyber Security by Ierae)
- Experience in ledger/balance management systems with financial-grade complexity
