As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be involved in AI development related to architectural design and the establishment of an AI development organization. Responsibilities include developing features for reading lines and text from survey drawings, generating building volume models from various conditions, extracting information from existing drawings like PDFs, and automatically generating planar layouts.
Hybrid: Approximately one day per week in the Tokyo Toranomon office, with remote work for the rest. Tokyo office located at 2F, Toranomon 3-chome Building, 3-1-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY per year (includes monthly salary + twice-yearly bonuses). Monthly salary: 490,000 - 630,000 JPY (includes remote work allowance of 10,000 JPY + fixed overtime for 40 hours). Overtime exceeding 40 hours will be paid separately. Salary increases based on individual performance. Employment type: Full-time. Probationary period: 6 months.
