Neccos is seeking a Tech Lead to define technical strategy and lead architecture for AI-driven development and in-house product initiatives. This role involves building organizational foundations for internalized development and establishing a medium-to-long-term technical vision.
Must-haves
- Experience in system development from requirements definition onwards
- Full-stack development experience (backend or frontend with willingness to learn the other)
- Must be able to tackle challenging on-site issues with ownership
- Must be able to flexibly incorporate new technologies like AI
- Must be able to patiently work with clients of varying IT literacy
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing an engineering team
- Experience in architecture design and RDB performance tuning
- Development experience with LINE API related technologies (Messaging API, LIFF, etc.)
- Experience contributing to OSS, or outputting knowledge through technical blogs or presentations

Monthly salary: ¥536,600 - ¥1,078,500. Minimum Annual Salary: ¥6.97 million. Maximum Annual Salary: ¥14.02 million. Bonus: Once a year (approx. 1 month's salary). 3-month trial period.
