Nekkos is seeking a Project Manager to bridge the gap between clients and engineers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, translating them into technical requirements, and managing project timelines. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at organizing abstract information and facilitating communication.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in PM, direction, or progress management for web systems, app development, or web production.
- Experience in client work (negotiation, coordination, proposal creation).
- Communication and structuring skills to organize abstract information and document it logically.
- Must work onsite 3 days a week in Tokyo (Taito-ku).
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of continuous direction/operation experience for the same product or company.
- Experience using task management tools like Notion, Backlog, or Jira for ticket creation and rule design.
- Experience managing 3+ projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of marketing or experience creating wireframes using tools like Figma.
