As a Prime company, you will directly address customer challenges, from problem visualization and requirement definition to effect verification through PoC, implementation, and operational design. You will lead the design and implementation of architectures including agents, RAG, context foundations, and MCP, based on LLM characteristics and non-functional requirements (quality, safety, scalability, operability).
Must-haves
- Experience in designing and implementing AI agent applications, considering LLM characteristics and non-functional requirements (quality, safety, scalability, operability, cost, etc.).
- Experience in prompt design, context design, RAG design/optimization, evaluation design, guardrail design, tool invocation via MCP, and external API integration.
- Ability to lead technically challenging projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Willingness to contribute to organizational knowledge building through standardization and training.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical consultations, requirement gathering, and PoC planning.
- Experience in developing standardized frameworks, templates, and service menus for AI applications.
