As a strategic subsidiary of the Eisai Group, we aim to create a dementia ecosystem. We are a "platformer" solving social issues surrounding dementia with technology. This role leads the development of products for dementia prevention, treatment, and care.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience developing web applications and services.
- Understanding of the latest technologies and best practices.
- Experience in all development processes from technology selection to design, development, release, and operation.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
- Experience designing and developing architectures using managed services on cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Deep knowledge and experience in front-end, back-end, or both.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge or experience in the medical/healthcare domain.
- Knowledge or experience in AI or MLOps.
- Experience as a team leader or tech lead.
- Experience in formulating technical strategies and roadmaps.

Salary: Monthly 500,000 JPY - 1,071,429 JPY. Annual salary: 7,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY. Flextime system (no core hours). Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Overtime: 20-30 hours/month average.
