This role is for an Engineering Manager candidate to lead the development organization, focusing on organizational building, hiring, and improving development productivity. You will be responsible for people management, hiring, development process improvement, and cross-organizational problem-solving.

- Experience in people management, hiring, development process improvement, and cross-organizational problem-solving.
- Experience in regular 1on1s, career support, goal setting, evaluation, and feedback for engineers.
- Experience in planning and executing engineer hiring strategies, including interviews, scouting, and refining hiring standards.
- Experience in planning and promoting onboarding and training programs.
- Experience in identifying and improving issues in development flow and team operations.
- Experience in promoting CI/CD and review systems.
- Experience in building systems to improve development productivity.
