Ignition Point Force is seeking a PM to lead the redesign of development processes with an AI-first approach, moving beyond simple generative AI tool usage for efficiency. The mission is to create reproducible, team-wide AI-driven development mechanisms, not just individual solutions.
Must-haves
- Experience leading AI utilization strategy, roadmap design, standardization, quality control, governance, effect measurement, and adoption across multiple projects, development organizations, and business units.
- Ability to implement AI utilization within an organization, not just use AI tools.
- Experience in designing AI-driven development processes, quality management, review systems, KPIs, governance, and training/adoption for business unit-wide transformation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot at an individual level.
