We are seeking a Hotel Engineer to drive improvements in guest experience and on-site operations. This role involves planning and developing digital experiences, identifying operational issues, and implementing in-house tools to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. You will lead AX/DX initiatives and ensure scalability across multiple hotel locations.
Hybrid: 3 days/week in office (Mondays and Fridays fixed) / 2 days/week remote work possible. Location: Tateishi Honcho Bldg. 5F, 1-1-3 Nihonbashi Honcho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Annual salary: ¥10,000,000 ~ (Includes fixed overtime pay). Salary increases twice a year. Bonuses twice a year. Commuting allowance. Full access to IT tools (generative AI usage environment).
