Rosso is seeking Cloud Engineer candidates to manage and build diverse infrastructure projects, including cloud platforms and servers. You will lead junior engineers, manage projects, and contribute to new value creation within the team.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, or maintaining cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience leading infrastructure projects (not limited to PM/PL roles)
- Customer negotiation experience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience migrating from on-premise to cloud
- Scripting experience (Bash, Shell, Powershell, Python)
- Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with container platforms (EKS, ECS, AKS, GKE)
- Server design and construction experience
- Experience proposing process improvements
- Ability to organize, isolate, and direct responses to issues and challenges

Annual salary range: 5.5 to 7 million JPY. Average monthly overtime is around 10 hours. Company covers costs for certifications and books. Over 130 annual holidays.
