Seeking an AI Engineer/Lead & Manager candidate to balance technical work, team management, and project coordination. You will be involved in developing and improving AI models using image recognition, natural language processing, and LLMs, as well as exploring cutting-edge technologies like edge AI and federated learning.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in basic design, detailed design, and implementation (not limited to AI projects)
- Experience developing in a team (approx. 3-4 people)
- Experience leading projects (PM/PL experience not required)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in basic design, detailed design, and implementation using Python
- Experience and knowledge in AI utilization and development
- Experience and knowledge in cloud services (AWS, Azure) utilization and development
- Experience in testing processes using Python
- Experience in client negotiation and coordination
