- Project management experience
- Experience in project planning, WBS, team/scope/change/risk/quality management
- Experience in leading overall optimization (business, IT, organization, operations) for requirements definition and basic design
- Experience in stakeholder design and consensus building to advance customer decision-making

- Experience in large-scale core/business system projects (WF model focus)
- Experience in building data infrastructure for performance management and AI agent operation
- Experience in supporting ROIC management using digital management solutions
- Experience in WMS system replacement/reconstruction in logistics systems

- Experience in formulating technical policies/solution utilization strategies, solution selection/implementation support
