We are seeking an R&D Programmer: Infrastructure Engineer [Lead] to design, build, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure supporting consumer game development. This role involves managing Kubernetes clusters, hybrid cloud environments, and security measures, as well as leading a team.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating development infrastructure (CI/CD, build environments)
- 3+ years of practical experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience operating version control systems (Git, Perforce)
- Practical experience in preventing information leakage (access control, log monitoring)
- Team management experience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in designing, building, and operating infrastructure in game development companies or large-scale development organizations
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Kubernetes operation experience
- Server construction and operation experience (Windows Server, Linux)
- Experience with security certifications (Information Security Professional Engineer, AWS/Azure Security Specialty, etc.)

Salary range: Monthly 666,666 JPY - 1,000,000 JPY. Annual salary starting from 8,000,000 JPY. Interviews are conducted online.
