The Information Systems Department is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the stable operation and security of IT infrastructure, supporting business growth. This role involves designing, building, and operating servers, networks, and cloud environments, while also strengthening information security and improving operational efficiency.
Must-haves
- Experience in monitoring, operation, and maintenance of existing IT infrastructure for stable operation.
- Experience in designing, building, and operating servers (Windows/Linux) and network equipment (UTM, firewalls, L2/L3 switches).
- Network knowledge and operational experience (TCP/IP, etc.).
- Experience in designing, building, and operating major network equipment (e.g., Cisco).
- Deep understanding of routing between VLANs and inter-site connections, port VLANs, and tag VLANs.
- Experience in identifying causes, recovering from, and implementing preventive measures for system failures.
- Experience in proposing and executing improvements for standardization and efficiency of IT infrastructure operations.
- Experience in resolving IT issues and coordinating with related departments and external vendors.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in building and operating dynamic routing using BGP, OSPF, etc.
- Experience in building and operating infrastructure using cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge and operational experience related to ISMS/ISO27001.

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Minato-ku, Akasaka). Super flexible work hours (6:00-22:00, no core time) available after probation period. Average 17 hours of overtime per month.

Full-time employee. Probation period of 3 months. Salary range: Monthly ¥360,000 - ¥505,000. Annual salary ¥5,480,000 - ¥7,600,000.
