Must-haves
- 3+ years of product management experience, including full cycle from problem identification to release.
- Experience in data-driven product improvement (PDCA cycle).

- SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Work style
Hybrid: Approximately 2 days per week in the Tokyo office (Shibuya-ku). Some remote work is possible, but office attendance may be required for team meetings. Higher office attendance expected during the 1-month onboarding period.
Other notes
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥7,000,000. Flextime system with core hours 11:00-16:00. Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Total annual holidays: 120+ days.
