We are seeking an SRE Engineer to enhance the reliability and scalability of our EC platform, "ハピタス," which serves over 5.8 million users. You will approach improvements from both application and infrastructure perspectives, including source code modifications and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Hybrid work is possible. Office location: Tokyo. Core hours are 11:00-16:00. There are company-designated office days (Tuesdays and Fridays). Onboarding period requires more frequent office visits. Team meetings may require office attendance.
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥10,000,000. No bonuses as it is an annual salary system. Probationary period: 3 months (conditions remain the same).
