The DX department is seeking an Internal FDE to design and build business infrastructure and the development organization from scratch. This role will support 10,000 engineers by creating development roadmaps, designing the engineering organization, and improving development processes.
Must-haves
- Experience in architecture design and technology selection for core systems.
- Experience in organizational design, recruitment planning, and setting recruitment requirements for engineers.
- Experience in conducting interviews, attracting candidates, and closing recruitment.
- Experience in creating systems for 1on1s, goal setting, performance evaluation, training, and onboarding.
- Experience in establishing development processes, review standards, and release standards.
- Experience in designing incident response, security, monitoring, and operational structures.
- Experience in requirements gathering with labor and management departments.
- Experience in observing business operations and redesigning workflows.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in technical PR, recruitment branding, and external communication for development organizations.
