Lead the development and expansion of a SaaS product's foundation, migrating to a modern architecture. You will be responsible for implementing and leading tasks across various layers, from basic design to agile development, focusing on improving scalability and maintainability.
Must-haves
- Experience leading AWS architecture design, construction, and operation, and making technology selections.
- 5+ years of experience in Web Application/SaaS development, with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend.
- Experience designing and implementing modern frontends (Vue 3/Nuxt 3) or optimizing performance/state management in large SPAs.
- Experience designing and implementing REST/GraphQL APIs with server-side languages (Node.js, Java, etc.).
- Experience leading design, implementation, and code reviews.
- Experience as a technical lead in a small team (several people), assigning tasks and managing progress/resources.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading migration from legacy frameworks (e.g., Vue 2 to Vue 3).
- Experience with large-scale data visualization or document viewer performance optimization.
- Experience designing large-scale data processing with full-text search (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch) or asynchronous job queues.
- Experience developing systems handling sensitive or personal information.
- Domain knowledge in digital forensics, e-discovery, or audit/compliance.

Work style
Hybrid/Onsite in Tokyo (Chiyoda-ku, Kanda-Jimbocho). Full flex-time system (flexible hours 5:00-22:00, core hours 10:00-19:00). Remote work is possible.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 5,300,000 JPY - 9,000,000 JPY. Includes performance-based bonus (決算賞与), annual salary increases, and support for acquiring qualifications.
