DeNA is seeking experienced Android Engineers to lead the development of Pococha, a real-time live streaming app with millions of downloads and significant revenue. You will be responsible for enhancing user experience, improving app architecture, and resolving technical debt.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional Android app development experience using Kotlin
- Experience with Coroutines and Jetpack Compose
- Experience with architectural patterns like MVP, MVVM, or Clean Architecture
- Experience with automated testing (Unit Test, UI Test)
- Experience with Android Studio and Gradle for library management
- Team development experience using source control tools like GitHub
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing large-scale or long-term maintained applications
- Experience in live streaming or real-time communication domains
- Advanced experience in designing and improving UI motion and interactions

Salary range: Monthly 294,167 JPY - 1,250,000 JPY (Annual 6,000,000 JPY - 12,000,000 JPY). Includes a role expectation salary and a life plan allowance. Bonuses twice a year. Salary revisions twice a year. Probationary period: 3 months (no change in treatment).
