Relocation is possible and will be considered based on the employee's wishes. The standard working hours are 8:45 to 17:30, with a total of 7 hours and 45 minutes of work per day.
Monthly salary range: ¥330,000 - ¥610,000. Annual salary range: ¥6,100,000 - ¥15,800,000. Bonuses are provided twice a year (June and December), with a settlement bonus in March (paid for 29 consecutive years). Overtime is paid separately. There is a probation period of 3 to 6 months, which may vary based on experience.
