We are seeking a Backend Engineer to develop new value and features for our DX platform for food distribution, 'Cross Order'. This platform helps food wholesalers streamline their ordering and delivery processes, serving over 140,000 stores nationwide. You will be responsible for designing and implementing APIs, batch programs, and improving performance.
Must-haves
- Tech Lead or Engineering Manager experience
- 3+ years of development experience with LL languages like Python, Ruby, or PHP
- Experience using public cloud services like AWS or GCP
- Development experience with frameworks such as Django, Django REST framework, Ruby on Rails, or Laravel
Nice-to-haves
- Frontend development experience
- Experience developing in-house services (especially B2B products with admin panels)
- Experience building and operating cloud services
- Web service development experience for end-users

Work style
Full remote with flexible working hours (core time: Monday 10:00-15:00). Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Average overtime: 10-20 hours/month.

Annual salary range: 6,000,000 JPY - 10,000,000 JPY. Probationary period: 3 months.
