CARTA ZERO is seeking a Data & AI Platform Engineer to build and operate their data platform "Vision" centered on Snowflake. This role is crucial for the company's data-driven transformation and the upcoming launch of an AI platform, involving the redesign of core systems for a company of several thousand employees.
Must-haves
- Backend application design/development experience (including API and DB design)
- Experience developing and operating with SQL
- Experience developing and operating on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Experience building and operating data pipelines (ETL/ELT tools, batch processing, etc.)
- Experience developing and operating IaC with Terraform
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading technical decisions in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and operating data platforms using DWH (especially Snowflake)
- Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation
- Experience building LLM / Machine Learning platforms
- Experience integrating systems across multiple business applications
