As a technical lead for the rapidly expanding "OMAKASE" business, you will manage the core product and new ventures. This role involves advanced domain modeling, architectural optimization, and leading new business system development, working closely with the CTO.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in advanced design, development, and operation of web services using Ruby on Rails
- Experience in architectural design of systems with complex domain models and business logic
- Experience managing engineer teams (people management or technical lead)
- Strong structuring ability and smooth consensus-building skills with business stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in technical management in domains closely related to real-world and web interactions (reservations, payments, EC, logistics, etc.)
- Experience in innovating and standardizing development processes using AI tools
- Experience as CTO or VPoE, or equivalent organizational leadership experience

Work style

Annual salary range: 10-14 million yen. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month.
