EY Japan's CTH Assurance team is seeking a Supervising Associate or Senior Associate to manage IT system implementation and development projects. This role involves coordinating with domestic and international IT members, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from definition to maintenance, and managing systems post-implementation.
Must-haves
- Experience in project management for system implementation and development.
- Ability to understand and analyze business processes for systemization.
- Experience with requirements definition, estimation, resource/budget management.
- Experience with infrastructure support, environment setup, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Experience in product management including budget/actuals management, vendor contracts, and license renewals.
- Experience handling bug investigations, improvements, EOL support, and system audits.
- Ability to act as a point of contact for user IT consultations and collaborate with internal teams.
Nice-to-haves
