Lead the establishment and operation of a new SRE organization, taking hands-on responsibility for planning, designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure for Sugi Holdings' core systems. This role involves formulating cloud strategy, fostering SRE culture, promoting CI/CD, optimizing costs, and managing the infrastructure team.
Must-haves
- Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven track record leading SaaS collaboration tool adoption (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack).
- Experience managing client devices (PCs, tablets, smartphones).
- Experience building and operating store network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience in department management (10+ members).
- Experience formulating and executing technical strategies with management and other departments.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in infrastructure construction/operation in the retail industry or large-scale multi-store companies.
- Advanced knowledge of security and experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development projects.
- Knowledge of service management frameworks like ITIL.
- Specific cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
