We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our core development team, driving the evolution of our HRTech products. You will play a key role in building and improving our engineer-focused portal, lifestyle media, and internal DX systems, contributing to national-scale social challenges.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive web design
- Experience with team development using Git
- Experience developing web applications integrated with REST APIs
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Next.js (including App Router)
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Vitest, or Storybook
- Experience building and managing design systems
- Experience improving performance using metrics like Core Web Vitals
- Experience collaborating with designers and PMs using Figma
- Knowledge of UI/UX and accessibility (a11y)
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience developing features using generative AI/LLMs
- Experience with web development on managed cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Backend development experience (PHP/Laravel) is a plus

Work style
Hybrid: Must commute to the office at least once a week. Location: Tokyo (Shibuya).
Other notes
Salary: 5,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY per year. Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours (117,000 JPY+). Salary increases twice a year. Bonuses twice a year. Relocation bonus available for those living far away.
