Lead the architecture and development of AI x Avatar products. This role involves designing and implementing scalable systems for global expansion, integrating generative AI, and improving CI/CD pipelines to drive team productivity and technical growth.
Must-haves
- Experience completing technology selection and architecture design, leading optimal system design using TypeScript or Go.
- 3+ years of practical experience in cloud-native development, building and operating scalable web applications using PaaS on AWS, Google Cloud, or Cloudflare.
- Experience ensuring quality through systemization, including CI/CD setup and introducing organizational methods to improve code quality via static analysis and test automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in AI-native development, optimizing development processes with Vibe Coding / Agentic Coding using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Cline.
- In-depth experience with real-time communication, developing and tuning low-latency web applications using WebRTC.
- Interest in engineering management and organizational design focused on enabling teams through systems rather than direct management.
