As a Tech Lead, you will drive the technical direction for new and existing products, focusing on launching a new home-visit long-term care support product by FY2026. You will also enhance development productivity, design mid-to-long-term architecture, and contribute to building the technical organization and culture.
Must-haves
- Over 5 years of web application development experience
- Experience developing with TypeScript / React
- Experience in all phases from design to implementation and review
- Experience developing with AI agents
- Ability to commute to Tokyo office 2-4 days per week
- Japanese proficiency at N1 level or higher
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Tech Lead
- Experience introducing/improving CI/CD and automated testing
- Experience in improving development productivity
- Experience driving development in collaboration with product managers
