Must-haves
- 5+ years of web application development experience
- Experience developing with TypeScript / React
- Experience in all phases from design to implementation and review
- Experience developing with AI agents
- Ability to commute to Tokyo offices 2-4 days per week
- Japanese proficiency at N1 level or higher
