Full remote / Hybrid work options available. Tokyo Headquarters. Flextime system (no core hours). Primarily remote, office use is optional. Offline meetings as needed (average 1-few times per month). Business trips and in-person meetings only for customer visits or events.
Monthly salary: ¥600,000 ~ (includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay). Bonus paid based on performance. Stock option grants.
