Safie is seeking a Backend Engineer or Lead Candidate to join their team, focusing on enhancing their cloud video platform. You will contribute to strengthening the platform, developing new features, and building solutions across various industries like food service, retail, construction, and manufacturing.
Must-haves
- Experience in backend development and operation of web services.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Python or Go.
- Experience developing/operating on PaaS like AWS or SRE experience.
- Experience with authentication development (OAuth2, SSO).
- Experience developing AI processing systems.
- Experience designing, developing, and operating RDBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (DynamoDB).
- Experience defining requirements in collaboration with sales or planning.
- Experience developing/operating large-scale backend systems handling high traffic.
- Basic knowledge of video/audio codecs (AV sync, DTS, PTS).
- Knowledge of modern video streaming protocols (HLS, MPEG-DASH, WebRTC) and development experience using them.
