Safie is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer or Lead Candidate to join their AI Platform team. This role involves driving DX/AX transformation using IoT, Video, and AI technologies, contributing to the enhancement and development of their cloud video platform which supports over 300,000 connected cameras.
Must-haves
- Experience in backend development and operation of web services
- Experience demonstrating technical leadership in defining design and implementation policies
- Experience negotiating with internal stakeholders, including planning and Product Management roles
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Python or Go
- Development/operation experience on PaaS like AWS or SRE experience
- Development experience with AI processing systems
- Experience designing/developing/operating RDB (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (DynamoDB)
- Experience with high-traffic large-scale backend system development/operation
- Knowledge of modern video streaming protocols (HLS, MPEG-DASH, WebRTC)
