Design, build, and operate the infrastructure for our WMS and new products to ensure service reliability, availability, and performance. You will establish SRE culture, build self-service platforms for development teams, and prepare the technical foundation for an IPO.
Must-haves
- Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operation on AWS (including multi-account management).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for standardizing infrastructure configuration.
- Experience in establishing SLO/SLI and error budgets.
- Experience building observability foundations (logs, metrics, tracing).
- Experience establishing incident response processes (on-call, post-mortems).
- Experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with security vulnerability management and security patch operations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cost optimization and visualizing operational costs.
- Experience supporting new product infrastructure adoption.
- Experience with automated deployment processes (e.g., canary releases, blue-green).
