As a Product Manager/Project Manager for the Akerun smartphone app, you will have decision-making authority over product development. You will define both what to build and how to build it, contributing to a leading IoT x SaaS service addressing labor shortages.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as a PdM or PjM for IT products (Web/App), including requirements definition, specification creation, and progress management.
- Experience collaborating smoothly with engineers, with a technical understanding to discuss APIs, BLE constraints, and app architecture.
- Strong execution ability and ownership to drive projects forward, even in a lean team.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in smartphone app (iOS/Android) development or PM.
- Experience introducing and operating data analysis tools (e.g., Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Experience in development management within lean organizations (e.g., startups).

Hybrid work style, located in Tokyo (Minato-ku, Shiba). Standard working hours are 9:30-18:30, with a discretionary labor system (8 hours assumed per day). Average monthly overtime is 20 hours.

Salary range: 6,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY per year (548,000 - 751,000 JPY per month). Includes a 6-month trial period.
