Lead the re-architecture and modernization of the cloud infrastructure for "Mecha Comic," a business generating over 50 billion yen annually. This role focuses on technical selection and migration planning for business systems, rather than daily operational support.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of infrastructure design, build, and operation experience in cloud environments like AWS.
- Solid understanding of Linux servers and networks (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, TLS).
- Experience with monitoring and incident response, including root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
- Operational experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or configuration management (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience in team development and operations (ticket management, code reviews, documentation).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience completing modernization/migration projects for legacy systems.
- Experience designing and operating container platforms like ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
- Experience designing, operating, and performance tuning Aurora/RDS.
- Experience defining SLO/SLI and implementing error budget management.
- Experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cost optimization (FinOps, reserved instances, spot instances, configuration review).

Work style
Hybrid: 2 days remote work per week. Location: Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku. Flexible working hours with core time from 10:30 to 15:00.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 8,000,000 to 12,000,000 JPY. Monthly salary: 467,600 to 696,600 JPY. Bonus twice a year. Overtime pay included based on job grade.
