We are seeking an IT Support Engineer in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture to support staff in office, manufacturing, and warehouse locations for a leading foreign IT company. You will collaborate with international IT teams using English.
Must-haves
- Experience in IT support
- Experience with PC hardware, Microsoft 365/Office 365, multi-factor authentication, and mobile support
- Ability to use English for communication with foreign IT teams
- Willingness to provide technical support for VR/AR equipment and systems in warehouses/factories
- Willingness to manage IT equipment and tasks in data centers as needed
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting VIPs (executives)
- Experience with network and communication troubleshooting
- Experience with GIS IT equipment
- Experience in lifecycle management of PC and mobile devices
- Experience with asset and inventory management
