Must-haves

- Experience in hypothesis testing and improvement using technology for business or product challenges.
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience using LLM, RAG, or fine-tuning.
- Knowledge/experience in deep learning.
- Experience in speech recognition, speaker diarization, or conversation analysis.
- Knowledge/experience in MLOps/LLMOps.
- Experience reading and implementing English research papers.

Annual salary range: 5,000,000 JPY to 9,000,000 JPY. Monthly salary range: 364,000 JPY to 655,000 JPY.
