BASE is seeking a Corporate Solutions Engineer to solve internal business challenges using technology. You will be responsible for building an environment where employees can maximize their performance by automating and improving business processes through web application development, data engineering, SaaS integration, and generative AI.
Must-haves
- Experience working at an internet service company
- Experience from requirements gathering to operation of web application development (e.g., PHP)
- Experience in developing large data processing/aggregation using Python and SQL (e.g., BigQuery)
- Experience solving internal business challenges with technology (e.g., business process improvement, manual task reduction, error prevention, audit/control response)
- Experience developing AI agents and deploying them within a team
Nice-to-haves
- Basic knowledge of accounting/finance
- Experience building/customizing kintone apps
- Experience coordinating requirements and promoting projects with internal stakeholders (e.g., accounting, CS, PdM)
- Experience implementing simple scripts (e.g., GAS, bat, Shell)
