We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will be responsible for analyzing in-app user behavior logs using SQL to support KPI improvement and strategy planning for projects like Pokecolo Twin and Livly Island. This role involves identifying issues, proposing solutions based on analysis, and influencing project decisions.
Hybrid: Minimum 3 days/week in office. Location: Tokyo (Setagaya-ku). Remote work is possible.
Salary: 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY per year. Annual salary system, paid in 12 installments. Overtime pay for hours exceeding 45 hours/month is paid separately. Performance reviews twice a year, promotion/demotion once a year.
