<Role Overview>
At NHN Techorus, we support many companies in their cloud utilization through cloud technology support services centered around AWS.
With the spread of cloud computing, it's becoming increasingly important to go beyond simple infrastructure provision and focus on "advancing cloud technology organizations" through:
* Establishing technical standards
* Automating operations
* Transforming business operations using AI
* Improving organizational technical capabilities
To this end, we are strengthening our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to promote the standardization of cloud technologies, knowledge sharing, talent development, and AI utilization.
In this position, you will lead initiatives to enhance the technical capabilities and productivity of the engineering department as a core member of the cloud technology organization.
As a CCoE member, you will promote the following initiatives:
■ Cloud Technology Standards and Technical Stack Management
* Management of technical stacks in cloud technology support services
* Tool selection and standardization
* Development of best practices for IaC / CI/CD / Monitoring / Operations, etc.
* Technical support for individual engineering teams
■ Transformation of Operations and Construction Work using AI Agents
* Improving the efficiency of operations and construction work using AI agents
* Designing new cloud operation processes based on AI
* Promotion of automation
■ Promotion of Cloud Vendor Competencies and Certification Programs
* Promotion of acquiring various competencies from cloud service providers such as AWS and Google Cloud
* Technical support for obtaining certifications
* Clarification of technical requirements in collaboration with each department
■ Promotion of Technical Skill Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
* Systematization of internal technical knowledge
* Planning and execution of engineer development programs
■ Demonstrating Technical Leadership
* Organizing best practices for technical proposals to clients
* Creating mechanisms to enhance technical appeal
* Improving the overall technical level of the engineering organization

One of the following experiences:
■ Cloud Experience
Experience in design, construction, or operation of public clouds (AWS / Google Cloud / OCI)

Post-Hire Roadmap / Image of Working After Joining
We generally adopt a clustering system where multiple people are assigned to each project. Each project has a "primary担当" (lead) and "secondary担当" (support), and new hires initially participate as secondary担当, gradually transitioning to primary担当. This environment allows for skill development with peace of mind, avoiding knowledge silos.
* 3 Months: Participate in each project within a cluster team, acquiring internal standards and practical experience.
* 6 Months: Lead small to medium-sized projects, independently driving from design to production/operation handover.
* 1 Year: Technical lead for multiple projects. Drive advanced proposals and architectural decisions while promoting standardization.
