As a Tech Lead for Finto, you will be responsible for the entire technical aspect of a vertical Fintech product supporting logistics businesses. This role involves leading the design and growth of payment infrastructure, addressing the unique cash flow challenges faced by small and medium-sized logistics companies in Japan.
Must-haves
- Experience designing and implementing web applications using JVM (Java, Kotlin) and Spring.
- Experience designing, developing, and operating systems using AWS services.
- Experience leading a team of multiple members.
Nice-to-haves
- Frontend technologies like Vue, React, TypeScript.
- Experience in initial construction and operation of mission-critical systems.
- Experience designing systems using microservices architecture.
- Experience designing, building, and optimizing RDBs with high performance requirements.
- Experience selecting, designing, and operating CI/CD tools.
- Understanding and interest in data science.
- Experience with products utilizing generative AI or machine learning.

Other notes
Salary: Monthly salary starting from ¥500,000. Annual salary range: ¥7,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Bonus twice a year. No fixed term of employment. 6-month probation period with no change in conditions.
