The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) will work within the Policy Department and Public Relations Department to identify and solve on-site challenges. This role involves designing and implementing tools and systems, including those using generative AI, to connect public relations data with policy formation.
Must work onsite in Tokyo (Chiyoda-ku, Nagata-cho). Working hours are generally 9:00-18:00, but early starts and overtime may be required during Diet sessions. Overtime is capped at 45 hours/month, 360 hours/year. Membership in the political party is required.
Annual salary: 8,000,000 - 14,990,000 JPY. Contract employee, with initial contract until Dec 2026, renewable every 6 months up to 4 renewals. Probationary period of 3 months with same conditions. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay per month.
