Turing is developing an end-to-end fully autonomous driving system using vehicle camera input. This role focuses on building and operating the software systems and platforms that support the entire development cycle for machine learning models, rather than on the ML models themselves. You will contribute to data infrastructure, distributed systems, and developer platforms to enable faster, larger-scale, and more reliable ML development.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of software development experience using languages like Python, TypeScript, or Go
- Experience from requirements definition to design, implementation, and operation
- Proactive experience in identifying issues and driving implementation in team development
- Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with data processing infrastructure using SQL, Spark
- Practical experience with IaC (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.)
- System construction and operation experience using Kubernetes
- Experience developing data infrastructure or data pipelines
- Experience developing machine learning infrastructure or MLOps systems

Annual salary range: 7,000,000 JPY - 20,000,000 JPY. Includes 40 hours of overtime allowance per month.
